Hello, everyone! My name is Sarah Ann Noel. With Morgan on a much needed vacation, I happily agreed to visit all you Morgan and Lua readers today! Nice to meet you!
Morgan and I have been friends a long time--we met years ago studying abroad in London. Over the years, we've found many a thing in common; but none-so-much as our love of style. I don't know about you, but for me, style isn't just fashion. Style is life. Maybe I'm a true disciple of Coco Chanel, but I can't ever limit my personal style to just clothing fashion; no, no, it's a way of living.
I too am a regular blogger, but I guess it would be misleading to classify myself as a fashion blogger. I get too distracted to limit myself to one topic, so I just try to capture everything that I think is beautiful. I love to write poetry; I love to travel; I love to shop and style; and I love to share my super-fun life with my handsome husband (aka, the gentleman), precious pup, and friends and family. But no one says you can't do all those things in style! So every day, that's what I try to write: My style in the things that I love.
As a writer, I'm a serious daydreamer, and I'd say that's a predominant theme in any of my stylings, be they fashion, home decor, or party planning. Getting dressed is "dress-up;" planning a party is pretty much the same as pretending to be Betty Draper; and traveling the world is to see life through the eyes of a favorite famed expatriate.
That sweater was on-loan from Morgan! How I miss its perfectly puffed sleeves!
One of mine and Morgan's favorite games is to create our own "treasuries" of sorts, collecting cutesy items from around the internet fitting a certain theme. Lately--especially since the gentleman and I just bought our first house and I'm decorating!--I've been obsessed with shades of mint; and I can always count on Morgan to send me the cutest little mint finds! Here are a few of the treasures she's sent my way lately, proof that she can incorporate style into any facet of life!
Dress from CrystalShop.
A fridge for my new kitchen!
Rosemary mint soap from Naiad.
A bowl for my pup from Olive Green Dog.
Mojito cupcakes from Sweet Tooth Fun!

Hi Sarah!
Cute post, I've been obsessed with mint lately too...I just painted one of my bedrooms a lovely shade of it (my boyfriend hates it) hehehe.
